DESHAWN CHARMELE – Backstage Manager & Red Carpet Host (DFW)

DeShawn Charmele Weekly is a naive of Oakland California. The oldest of five children DeShawn has always had a passion for fashion and pageantry.  The first time Weekly walked the runway was in 11 grade at her fashion class at Eishenhower High School in Lawton Oklahoma.  DeShawn became more involved with hosting when she went to college at Cameron University in Lawton Oklahoma.  She received several honors for her on campus tv show.  Then meeting Di Jordan volunteer coordinator who introduced her to Marcella Jones CEO of RunWay Dallas.  Such destiny were Fashion Icon Samina Mughal would be.  Weekly says, “That was the beginning of meeting Samina Mughal”. We both Hosted Red Carpet that night.  Well,actually Samina Mughal had a showing of her collection and hosted Red Carpet.  I am so grateful for Divine Connection.  DeShawn holds a BA of Arts in Radio/Television from Cameron University.
